The BLS Core Team
The BLS team has extensive and deep expertise in laser processing. With a pronounced problem-solving competence, BLS helps its customers from the development of new components to serial production. The team is based at the BLS site in Grafenau-Döffingen, near Stuttgart (Baden-Württemberg) in Germany.
As Chief Operating Officer (COO), Mr. Paul is primarily responsible for production and development at BLS. He has over 20 years of experience in laser material processing, including 17 years at TRUMPF Laser und Systemtechnik GmbH. Mr. Paul graduated as a mechanical engineer / SGD and is a master of precision mechanics.
As a founding partner, Mr. Martin has over 35 years of experience in laser processing, including 17 years at TRUMPF Laser und Systemtechnik GmbH. His focus is on design, fixture construction and optimization of laser systems. Mr. Martin holds a degree in engineering.
Ms. Reichart manages the areas HR and finance, and is our primary contact for all commercial topics. As business economist, she has over 15 years of professional experience in German Mittelstand companies.

Today, BLS Lasertechnology is considered an expert for individual and customized solutions in laser welding, laser metal deposition, 3D laser cutting and laser hardening. A team of experienced employees ensures the best quality and fast, flexible processing of orders.
With three production areas and its own logistics area, the production facility in Grafenau-Döffingen near Stuttgart (Baden-Württemberg, Germany) offers sufficient space for the delivery, storage, cleaning and processing of series orders. Even large-scale with annual quantities in the million range present no problem for the facility.
A total of 8 laser systems with different Trumpf lasers (CO2 laser, YAG / solid-state laser) – enable a wide range in 3D laser processing and laser surface treatment. The machinery allows the processing of different materials and geometries.

Do you need help with laser processing or require support in your product development process (PEP) with regard to joining methods?
A large part of the laser applications consists of laser welding of metal parts, such as laser welding of stainless steel, laser welding of titanium or laser welding of aluminum. Laser welding of copper and laser welding of nickel are also increasingly being performed by BLS in the course of electromobility.
Over many years, BLS has built up a broad customer base with a large number of long-term partnerships.
