The standard defines different component classes depending on the complexity and critical function of the components as well as the safety classes according to their use in the military sector. manufacturer qualification for defense technology<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-349d76c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"349d76c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Laser welding technology<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bls-lasertechnology.de\/services\/laser-welding\/?lang=en\">(laser welding<\/a>) is one of the most effective joining processes for defense technology due to its high precision in the processing of components and good process stability. In order to meet the specific quality requirements for the manufacture and repair of defense technology products, all certified companies must prove that they are qualified manufacturers of components for military use and that their processes comply with the high quality and safety standards by means of a current manufacturer&#8217;s certificate in accordance with DIN 2303. <\/p><p>The <b>operating certificate in accordance with DIN 2303<\/b> lists all processes that were inspected and evaluated as part of the certification process. In the area of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bls-lasertechnology.de\/quality\/?lang=en\">laser processing<\/a> for defense technology at BLS, this concerns <b>process 52<\/b> \u201claser beam welding\u201d with the variants \u201csolid-state\u201d and \u201cgas laser beam welding\u201d as well as \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bls-lasertechnology.de\/services\/laser-metal-deposition\/?lang=en\">laser deposition welding<\/a>\u201d and \u201claser powder deposition welding\u201d.<br>Since February 2022, BLS Lasertechnology GmbH has held a certified certificate of manufacturer qualification in
